WHAT EXACTLY?
All Eyes On You is more than a workshop and filming at the end—it is your opportunity to step into the spotlight and develop the qualities every dancer needs to succeed. High heels dancing is not only about the steps, but about the presence, attitude, the projection, owning the moment and the ability to connect with your audience both on stage and on camera. This workshop will give you the tools to perform with confidence while enjoying the process of growth and expression in a highly supportive community.

WE WILL WORK ON
– Heels essentials and performance drills for strength and clarity
– Dynamic intermediate/open-level choreography
– Stage confidence and expansive, commanding movements
– Understanding the one-shot video filming process and tips and tricks behind it
– Video filming, so you leave with professional-quality content that reflects your artistry and you are proud to post

DRESS CODE
All Black/Red with Red Lips. Leather or PVC accessories encouraged. Bring your leather jackets, gloves, or any statement piece that fits the theme. Outfit inspiration will be shared on Heel & Heal’s IG and FB pages ahead of time.
